By signing up to, purchasing, or accessing any in-person or online course, or online content (website and social media) from Breathe Life, you are agreeing to the following :
PAYMENT TERMS
Online Course
Access to the content of the Online Course is after receipt of full payment.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund within 7 days.
We reserve the right to edit, change or withdraw any content of the online course at any stage.
Empower Hour
Your time slot will be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
Every effort will be made to rearrange sessions to suit you if required. Breathe Life, however, reserve the right to cancel, change or alter the date and time of Empower Hour sessions at any time. If the date and time changes, and you are no longer able to attend, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date and time to suit you at no extra cost.

Using Hypnobirthing techniques is not a substitute for the advice of or the presence during birth or any part of pregnancy or labour of a qualified medical practitioner, midwife or obstetrician. It does not represent in fact or otherwise an alternative to appropriate medical care or of professional medical advice in any way, shape or form.
Any questions or doubts that you have about the use of Hypnobirthing by you or any third party in any part should be discussed by you with your medical caregiver and the safety of or the appropriateness of this program to you or any third party whom you represent be confirmed with your medical care giver prior to undertaking this program.

Hypnobirthing is intended solely as an ‘aid’ to ‘help’ increase the comfort of labour and birth and is not in any way a guarantee or promise of expected, imagined or actual outcome of the labour or birth in any way, shape or form.
Participation in Breathe Life Hypnobirthing classes in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for any time now or in the future against Sherise Beyleveld, Breathe Life, its instructors, or its representatives under any circumstances whatsoever.

Taking part in any physical exercises, positions, or movements provided by the Breathe Life courses should only be done when deemed safe by your midwife or healthcare team. If you have any complexities of pregnancy, please do not complete the physical aspects of the courses.
When taking part in any physical activity on the Breathe Life courses, you are responsible for ensuring your space and equipment are safe to use.
Breathe Life accepts no responsibility for injury caused by taking part in any physical activity on the courses.
If you have any concerns, (including but to exclusively) bleeding, pain, reduced movement, feeling of lightheadedness, sickness, nausea, or any unusual feeling – stop, and contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Intellectual Property
Any recording or written material included as part of this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Sherise Beyleveld, Breathe Life, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission.
By engaging in any content, purchases or otherwise, from Breathe Life, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
